Attested Governance Artifacts
Seal
Bind cryptographic commitments to system state at build time. Ed25519 signatures, SHA-256 content integrity, BLAKE2b-256 artifact fingerprinting. The Policy Artifact is immutable once sealed.
Enforce
The Portal runtime boundary measures subject integrity continuously, compares to the sealed reference, and executes enforcement actions - TERMINATE, SAFE_STATE, ALERT_ONLY, or QUARANTINE - without human intervention. Every action generates a signed receipt.
Prove
Evidence Bundles package artifacts, receipts, Merkle inclusion proofs, and checkpoint references into a single portable package. Verify compliance in air-gapped environments with zero network callbacks.
